Regular Shipping
Each order is hand made by me, Virginia Hey, especially for you, and sometimes I may need to purchase special ingredients for you, so please allow for anything up to two weeks for manufacturing prior to delivery. If there is a specific delivery date you need the article by, please do let us know immediately upon ordering and we will endeavor to meet your deadline. Let me know your needs re special shipping or packing, I aim to please! Your handmade product will be coming from Florida, thats where Im based at present, so your shipping will reflect the distance.
Foreign and overseas orders
Please include recipient’s complete address and postal code plus daytime telephone number. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Orders
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Exchanges and Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items purchased on sale or at a discount. To exchange or return your full price purchase, please pop the reason for return in the box together with your receipt, and return it with the merchandise. We charge a standard 20% re-stocking charge on returns. |
